Walking through a local plant nursery one day, I was struck by the beauty of house plants that appear to have had each leaf lovingly painted by some wild, cosmic artist.  I was compelled to break out my acrylic paint tubes and get to work (play?).

The abstract was inspired by Gerda Lipski, a German artist who shares her art techniques on YouTube.  For this painting I used acrylic paint again, and saran wrap to create a marvelous texture.
